Homework for Friday 13th November 2009

Brazil Group: auto, graph, autograph, biography, autobiography, automatic, pilot, autopilot, circulate & circuits .
Canada Group: also, always, alone, almost, already, although, exit, expel, export & explode.
Topic: Sheet about Entertainment during WW2.
Literacy: Sheet.
Numeracy: Sheet and rehearse 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 times table, especially for division.

Hi what does the prefix auto mean?

it means ``self´´

auto mobile = self moving
autonomous = self ruling
automatic = self motivating

this is my answer.

Auto, the prefix means /to yourself/.Ex:automatic means it moves by itself.

Hello Mr. James,
I looked up the definition of auto-prefix in the Cambridge Advanced Learners´Dictionary and it means: "of or by yourself, or operating independently and without needing help".
